This Week....

Monday I went to the gym and did cardio for an hour, then on Tuesday I utilized my treadmill at home for 2 miles...so today I've decided I want to do something else.  Today I will do a combination of Yoga and Pilate's (half hour each) at home.  The only down side to doing yoga at home is the other people in the house make noise and my dogs won't leave me alone :)
