Which Weight Loss Program Is Right For Me?

There are been many studies on the best way to loose weight, but which one is right?  Honestly, I feel that each study is right in their own way because people looses weight in a different ways.  Not all weight loss plans work for everyone since no one person has the same kind of body or metabolism.  So how do you decide which one works best for you?  My opinion is try one and if it doesn't work try another one, eventually you will find a program (combining health food and exercise) that will work for you.  I prefer to come up with my own plan that works for me, but some need assistance with weight loss.  Below are a few weight loss programs that have been successful for most.
