LOVE <3 |
Growing up I played softball and soccer which kept me in shape, then at 19 I joined the Air Force. The military kept me active and in shape as fitness was apart of my daily routine. The "change" happened when I was no longer on active duty; I started to workout less and my healthy eating started to deteriorate. Then in 2008 I moved from DC to Seattle, that's when I started to become lazy! I'm not sure how it happened, but I went from being active to being a couch potato. I have now realized that I need to get off the couch and start doing something productive with my life. It's now been a full year since I started my journey. I am no longer a couch potato and I am getting close to my final weight. Over the last year I have wondered how I let myself ever get this way as I have always been fit, and I think what I lacked was motivation from others. When someone else is there to stay fit with you it's easier to do so, but if you find yourself going out to restaurants a lot and eating fast food and also not exercise, you are on a path to destruction. Thankfully I am surrounded by people who motivate me as much as I motivate them. I love you all and appreciate your support!
Although I have a long way to go, I hope my journey inspires people to become happy and healthy.
